Shipping policy
1. Dispatch Schedule

Orders are processed and dispatched only after payment confirmation.

Standard confirmed orders are dispatched on the next working day (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM are prepared for next-day dispatch.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within Sri Lanka usually takes 2–3 working days, depending on the destination.

Products marked as “Usually Ships within 21–35 Days” are pre-order or extended shipping items and will be dispatched after the stated time period.

Tracking details are provided via your preferred contact method (Email or WhatsApp) once the shipment is dispatched.
3. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are paid by the buyer.

Delivery rates depend on the order size, weight, and destination.

Shipping fees will be confirmed and communicated to you after order review and before invoicing.
4. Courier Partners
We work exclusively with trusted local and regional logistics providers to ensure safe and efficient delivery across Sri Lanka.
5. Order Consolidation & Special Requests

Multiple orders placed within a short time frame may be combined into one shipment when possible.

Special delivery arrangements can be made upon request, subject to approval and additional cost.
6. Damage, Delays & Claims

While we ensure secure packaging, any transit damage or delay must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
