How to Place Orders

Please complete the Wholesale Registration Form. Once submitted, our team will review your application.
When approved, you’ll receive an activation email to access your wholesale account.
Approval may take a few hours during working days (Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

How to Place Your Order

1) Account Activation
After your wholesale account is approved, activate it through the email you receive and log in to your account.

2) Add Products to Cart
Browse our wholesale collection and add the products you wish to order to your cart.
Ensure your order meets the minimum order quantity (MOQ) or minimum order value (MOV) shown on the product or cart page.

3) Place Your Order

  • Once all items are added to your cart, proceed to place your order (no payment required at checkout).
  • After submission, your order will be reviewed by our wholesale team.

4) Payment Process

  • After your order is reviewed and confirmed, you will receive an invoice by email.
  • Please wait for this invoice before making any payment.
  • You will be contacted via your preferred contact method (Email or WhatsApp) that you selected in your wholesale application.

5) Delivery & Dispatch

  • Orders are dispatched after payment confirmation.
  • Standard delivery takes 2–3 working days.
  • Orders marked “Usually Ships within 21–35 Days” will be dispatched after the mentioned time period.
  • Tracking details will be shared once your shipment is on the way.
