Delivery & Lead Times

We aim to provide fast and efficient delivery across Sri Lanka.

All orders are dispatched on the next working day after payment confirmation. Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM (excluding Sundays and public holidays) are prepared for next-day dispatch.

Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days, depending on your location. All shipments are handled by trusted local courier partners.

Extended Shipping Items (21–35 Days)

Some products are marked as “Usually Ships within 21–35 Days.”
These items are pre-order or special-order products and will be dispatched after the stated time period.
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking information through your selected contact method.

Once your package is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you via WhatsApp or email.

Please note that payment confirmation is required before we process or dispatch any order. Shipping fees are paid by the customer and shown at checkout.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to courier schedules or seasonal demand.
