At ORION, we are fully committed to complying with all legal, import, and product safety regulations in Sri Lanka. We take regulatory compliance seriously to protect our customers, wholesale partners, and brand reputation.
NMRA-Registered Products
All skincare and cosmetic products imported and sold by ORION are officially registered with the National Medicines Regulatory Authority (NMRA) of Sri Lanka. This registration ensures:
- Product safety and ingredient compliance
- Authentic and traceable sourcing
- Legal importation under Sri Lankan health and customs regulations
We strictly do not distribute or promote unregistered or grey-market products.
Anti-Counterfeit Measures
As the sole authorized distributor, ORION is the only official reseller in Sri Lanka for our partnered Korean skincare brands.
All official ORION products feature our anti-counterfeit QR code sticker.
If a product does not carry this QR code, it was not officially distributed by the brand through ORION.
We strongly advise customers and retailers to purchase only from verified sources to ensure product authenticity, NMRA compliance, and safety.
Import & Labeling Standards
All imported items are cleared through Sri Lankan customs in accordance with current import laws. Product packaging is labeled in accordance with NMRA guidelines, including:
- INCI-verified ingredient lists
- Manufacturer and distributor information
- Expiry or best-before dates
- Batch numbers and country of origin
Ethical Sourcing
We work directly with brand owners and their approved global distributors to ensure every item we sell is authentic, ethical, and legally sourced.
